Shipping and Delivery
FREE USPS shipping to USA lower 48 and neighboring US territories. Countries outside of the aforementioned will be calculated using the requested shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International Shipping
International shipment methods can be selected by the customer at checkout. We offer UPS worldwide, USPS international mail & PirateShip international.
* Shipping estimated times are not guaranteed, they are indicative as published by the selected courier. FENDER MATE will in no way be responsible for lost, delayed, or missing shipments on International orders that are shipped with USPS or PirateShip. We highly recommend private couriers such as UPS for international orders.
International Shipping Import Duties
*Please note that customers making international orders are liable for any courier brokerage fees and or import duties/ taxes as applicable to the importing country.
If the customer selects USPS (United States Postal Service) their package will be handed over to and delivered by the importers' local government mail services. If your country's local services are unreliable, we encourage you to select private courier UPS.
Depending on the importers' country, the customer may or may not be required to collect their package from their nearest local government mailing institute after paying any applicable import duties/ taxes. Please contact your local mailing service provider to comply with and fully understand your requirements as an importer.
